We are conveniently located minutes from downtown Wilmington, just off Interstate 74 and Highway 17. We can accommodate up to 85 guests inside, and our amenities include a dance floor, large windows with golf course views and wraparound veranda.

What is your indoor seating capacity?
The Club Room at Magnolia Greens is 30x40 with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the golf course. We can accommodate up to 85 seated guests inside our Club Room, located in a separate building adjacent to Blossoms Restaurant and the Golf Shop.

What time does my event have to conclude?
All private events must conclude by 11pm.

Is audio/visual equipment available for use?
Speakers, microphone, a projector and a projector screen are all available for an addtional fee.

Can I have an outdoor event?
Our outdoor patio offers the perfect spot for garden parties.

Is a tent available for my event?
Magnolia Greens does not own a tent for large events. All tent rentals are required to be arranged through the event bookie.

Can I host an open bar?
Yes - food and beverage packages can be customized to suit your specific needs and vision.

Can we bring in an outside caterer?
No - all food and beverages must be purchased through Magnolia Greens. Our chef is aviable to create customized menu and drink options specific to the event and your price point.
